This summer, we were lucky to have two outstanding undergraduate student interns from MSU.
We exposed them to large and small-scale organic food production, the science behind these systems, and the broader organic movement in Montana.
Each intern designed and led an independent research project, presented their findings to three different audiences, and completed three self-selected educational goals.
In addition, interns assisted with farm operations and participated in hands-on research fieldwork for QI’s programming.
